Today is World Cancer Day. 

What is health ?

HEALTH IS A STATE OF COMPLETE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING AND NOT MERELY THE ABSENCE OF DISEASE OR INFIRMITY.

- Healthy Physical activity

If we can take time to think about the human body and just what it can do we cannot escape the fact that it is without doubt very good. Computers can do thing quicker but humans made computers. We can fly, but humans made the machines that enable us to fly. We know that machines can't eat but we seem to enjoy eating things that harm us. 

What is it about the foods and beverages that harm us taste so good? 

Why do manufacturers put chemical in our food? 

How do we know what it is that harms us?
